Purchase Terms (Public Offer)

This document is a binding offer from Margarita Amelina, [add your postal address], to supply digital printable materials through Kid Grow Studio. It applies whenever a pack is sold; packs marked as free are supplied under the Materials License Agreement at no charge.

1. Accepting the offer

You accept these terms by placing an order and completing payment. A contract is formed when we confirm the order by email or by giving access to the files.

2. What you receive

Digital files for download (PDF or a comparable format) and the licence described in the Materials License Agreement. Nothing physical is shipped.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the page of each pack and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by [add your payment provider]; we never receive or store your full card details.

4. Delivery

Access is granted immediately after successful payment, by download link on the confirmation page and by email. If the link does not arrive within one hour, write to polisvip24@gmail.com.

5. Right of withdrawal and its waiver (EU/UK)

Consumers in the EU and the UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content supplied immediately, that right is lost once supply has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). You give that consent at checkout. Refunds outside this case are handled under the Refund Policy.

6. Your obligations

You confirm that you are 18 or older, that the payment details you use are yours, and that you will use the materials only as the licence allows.

7. Warranties and liability

We supply the materials with reasonable care but do not warrant that they suit a specific teaching goal. Our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

8. Changes

We may update prices and these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
