Materials License Agreement

This agreement governs what you may do with the printable materials published on Kid Grow Studio. It applies to both free and paid packs. The rights holder is Margarita Amelina.

1. Licence granted

We grant you a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for the purposes listed below. Ownership and copyright stay with the rights holder.

2. You may

• print the materials and make as many copies as your own use requires;
• use them at home with your family, in a classroom, a library, a kindergarten, a children's club, a hospital playroom, or a similar supervised setting;
• share printed copies with the children and parents in that group;
• store a personal backup of the files.

3. You may not

• sell, sublicense, rent, or otherwise distribute the files, in the original or a modified form;
• upload them to another website, marketplace, cloud folder open to the public, or file-sharing service;
• include them in a paid product, subscription, or printed collection;
• remove or alter copyright notices, or present the work as your own;
• use the materials, in whole or in part, to train machine learning models;
• register any trademark or copyright over the materials or their derivatives.

4. Attribution

Attribution is welcome but not required for the permitted uses. If you mention the source, use "Kid Grow Studio".

5. Term and termination

The licence lasts as long as the copyright does. It ends automatically if you breach section 3; in that case you must stop using the materials and delete the files. Paid packs are not refunded on termination for breach.

6. Enforcement

Unauthorised use is a copyright infringement and may lead to statutory damages and injunctive relief under applicable copyright law.
